The changes from 2:20 on are essentially the intro to Jeff's tune "He had a Hat". They are minor 11th chords in a cycle of fourths going upward, beginning with Fmin 11. Based on a 4/4 meter, each chord lasts 3 sixteenth notes, with the last chord lasting 2 sixteenth notes. The cycle is repeated once. The root notes go up in fourths, so the bass line is F Bb Eb Ab Db Gb B E A D G, but all played within the same octave. The left hand additionally plays the minor third of each chord an octave above.

Re: changes @ 2:20 The right hand part of each chord is always voiced as follows (from left to right): minor seventh, ninth, eleventh. For example, the notes of the first chord are: F, Ab', Eb'', G'', Bb'' - The second chord consists of: Bb, Db'', Ab''', C''', Eb''' (the number of quotes indicates which octave the note is in)
