As a man and an ex-JW, I wholeheartedly support this video. Women are treated abysmally by the ORG/the “brothers.” The GB does this to their own detriment, IMO. ANY group that ignores or dismisses over half of their members, are missing out on all that they could contribute. It’s just a stupid decision even from a practical standpoint. And then of course abusive on top of that. I can’t imagine what it was like for women in the ORG. But I can speak for myself, and I was kind of an ass. - Jason

Thank you Jason for that comment. Unfortunately organizations like this try to hide while promoting on the inside the mistreatment of women because of how they see women, as weaker vessels that are subjective to their husbands. Unfortunately the majority of women in this organization like the boot on their neck and it all starts with a misconstrued and twisted narrative about this “God” that we are all supposed to look up to that produces the outcome.

Don't be lead astray. Women are not meant to have power. As soon as you give them an inch they take a mile. They form harems with the best men and neglect their husbands needs. They don't deserve power. All they do once they get it is destroy everything and everyone around them. You've been warned foolish man who left the good guys. Now you get to experience a Hell you never knew women could create.

True Christians should condemn the leaders of the WTS/ JWS/JWorg for they are apostate false prophets, a very severe sin in gods eyes .They have devised and created their own gospel of Jesus's new Kingdom order and did so to proliferate literature they published. You could call this religious theological corruption for money and power.. Two scriptures that JWS should think about .... 1 John 4:1 ...... [1] Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are of God; for many false prophets have gone out into the world. Revelation 20:10 ....... 10 And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulphur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

One of my best friends is a JW... Has been for about 20 years... And his views on women is just appalling! Something right out of history books! And, just to test how far his derangement goes, when asked if a woman should be forced to have a baby if raped, his answer is a resounding YES!!! I mean... It's almost like he thinks that women don't actually own their own bodies! Anyway... I reject his views 100% My friend is basically living in some kind of deluded past... He's even against Scientific Progress and Space Exploration, even though he LOVES Science Fiction!!! I managed to persuade him to watch that excellent series *For All Mankind* , which depicts an alternate Reality if the Space Race between America and Russia never ended. Because in this show, women play a prominent role! And realistically depicts a version of Human Progress based on Science! We always have DEEP arguments, debates and conversations about Anything and Everything... So I'm trying, tentatively, to open his mind... So that he can see a MUCH bigger picture! Than the TINY one that JWs are selling!

This is not how women are treated even according to the Bible. If the only Bible that you read was the new world translation, then you’ve never read the Bible. If you want to see serious change in your life, do not go back to any congregation and get rid of, whatever Bible or material that you have from watchtower. Get yourself a new King James Bible and start doing research on what God really is. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. God bless you.

The misogynistic treatment toward woman comes from the top JWS men (GB) emulating how the ancient Hebrews treated woman in their sociological environment and civilization and that's not very high, more or less like slaves, bought for chattel. My JWS father treated my JWS mother like a slave where he made all the important doings and decisions like where they were to go to on holidays , to where they were going to live , what restaurants they were going to eat at, furnishings around the house. etc My mother's only job was to cook meals and clean the house and dress the kids ....... period !!! 👎👎👎
@soulbloomhealing

It starts much further than that. It starts at the beginning of the Bible, where there is a belief that woman came from man and that it was her decision to take part in the eating of the fruit that made man realize he needed to dominate her because she couldn’t be trusted. That is the foundation that has set the stage for the mistreatment of women. Religions like JW’s have taken one from the playbook and used it to manipulate the masses, making it a great hangout for misogynistic men to play the leader of the pack! I'm sorry you had to have that as an example growing up. Whether woman or man we are all affected to one degree or another by the delusion.

As far as Jehovah being a "god of war" is concerned, the Bible says the "wages sin pays is death." (Romans 6:23) He had every right to put immoral people to death. For instance, Jehovah had to execute those violent people with the Great Flood back in Noah's Day as well as the people of Sodom and Gomorrah who committed sexual immorality. (Genesis chapters 6 and 7; 19:23-25) Secondly, it's Jehovah's theocratic arrangement to have men lead the congregation. (1Corinthians 14:34; 1Timothy 2:12) Although women are not given any leadership responsibilities in the congregation, they do most of the preaching work; therefore, they're a valuable asset to the organization.

But thank you for leaving this comment because this is precisely what people need to see still exists within the confines of these organizations.

There is no such thing as toxic masculinity (a rather new trendy term), however there is such a thing as abuse of power whether directed at women or men or even to animals. Women are often much more evil than men, but may lack the same means to carry it out. Not to say men don't do some terrible things, however at law 'each case turns on its own set of facts' not some identity politic. That said the judicial committe of JW's is not scriptural or judicial and is abusive in of itself as an abuse of bible process. Corporate religion, not loving at all.
@soulbloomhealing
2 ай бұрын
What you deem as a “trendy term” is descriptive of an issue since the beginning of time. To make comparisons on who is more evil is futile and not the point of this video at all. The term masculine is a description of an embodiment of energy one that is required in both men and women it isn't gender specific. Women can have just as much toxic masculinity as men, however the majority does belong to men and their treatment of women and if that is not something you can see then perhaps that is an invitation on further introspection upon yourself. Part of my journey to heal was accepting that I too carried a lot of toxic masculinity within, given my experience of how I grew up. Taking responsibility for that was my job.

If women are much more evil than men, as u say, let me remind you that - as the "weaker sex" women are more exposed to evil themselves, they are more at risk of sexual, emotional and physical abuse and they have their basic human rights and authority and leadership stripped from them, they are kinda traumatised and beaten each way black and blue, so if men are more good than women, its probably cuz they are not exposed to evil in the same way as women and therefore dont understand trauma and its after effects which explains why so many lack conpassion and are arrogant and conceited. Also, why they can see clearer- cuz theyre not being abused to such an extent as women - rather - as u yourself said - they are the abusers.
