Jelly Bears
200 ml of berry puree (6.6 fl.oz)
50 ml water (1.7 fl.oz)
30 g gelatin (1 oz) + 150 ml water (5 fl.oz)
30 g sugar (1 oz, or honey)
🧸Prepare the candies.
1. Soak the gelatin with water in the ratio of 1:5 and leave to swell for 10-15 minutes.
2. Mix the berry puree, water and sugar, bring to a boil and boil for a few minutes.
3. Add the swollen gelatin and stir to dissolve.
4. Pour berry mixture into a piping bag and strain into a teddy bear mold.
5. Allow the teddy bears to set for a few hours.
6. Take the teddy bears out of the mold.
