✅ 200 g of fruit juice (any, I have a purchased apple + peach without added sugar, ideally it is better to use freshly squeezed)
✅ 25-30 g of gelatin, the strength of my gelatin is 240 bloom (I have 30 g of instant gelatin, it’s faster to work with it because it does not require soaking and softening)
✅ Sweetener / sweetener to taste (I have 1 g of Fitparad No. 7, which is 5 times sweeter than sugar)
❗️ Do not use fresh tropical fruits that contain enzymes and can break down gelatin (kiwi, pineapple, papaya, passion fruit, melon, dates). But if you really want to, you need to heat them up to 50-85 ° C to destroy these same enzymes.
