White sugar cake is a very old traditional steamed cake

1茶匙 酵母粉
1汤匙幼糖
1 湯匙温水
食材 B
260毫升 温水
180克 白糖
4~5片 班兰叶
食材 C
220克 粘米粉
220毫升 清水
1/4 茶匙盐巴
*最后再加入1汤匙油才下锅蒸。
[大约1汤匙食油搽蒸盘】

1 teaspoon yeast powder
1 tablespoon caster sugar
1 tablespoon warm water
Ingredients B
260ml warm water
180g sugar
4~5 pandan leaves
Ingredients C
220g rice flour
220ml water
1/4 teaspoon salt
*Finally add 1 tablespoon of oil before steaming.
[Approximately 1 tbsp cooking oil on the steaming plate]
