Jeremy was never great to begin with. Greatness and Jeremy Lin should not be spoken in the same sentence. He was an average player who had a few lucky games. Do Asian families celebrate a C grade on a math test? That's what Jeremy Lin is - a C grade player.

I am looking forward to the many stories in this series! Our generation often identities success is a vertical progression, but very often our failures build a stronger character that lead to their success. Great content!

Wow... I'm an athlete, and I can totally relate to this... It's beautiful, and so very true. Failures do get you much closer to your goal than you thought. Thank you for this video, next time I feel as though my failures are the end, I think I'll look back at this video and get motivated, smile, and get back to the grind :')

First of all, great idea of video and it's very inspirational, secondly - the person who created that small cartoon which was during Mr Jeremy Lin has spoken, is veeeery talented! I love how you make a serious conversation more easy to process). We always have a choice what to believe in: our life setback and failures are simply reasons to change the strategy or approach and become better; or you can say that is I didn't succeed from the first tries, it's not worth it. The choise is ours to make♥

As a minority excelling in sports, you are recognized more easily by the public - media may go out of there way to cover you. However, your teammates might envy your celebrity attention due to being a minority. I'm a minority and excelled in sports, in turn jumped by a group of my teammates at a party while in high school. Maybe this is why you're being singled out, and players are injuring you?

the only thing is, he's a warrior, not a champion. he's not fit to be a champion, simply because he's fighting up a hill. He's asian, with less body mass, less muscle mass, and a much lower muscle reflex ability than other races, making it much more difficult for him to compete with other non asian NBA players. unfortunate.
