The fact that the paramedics described him as "stable" is a miracle in it of itself. He's very lucky to be alive! I can't believe he wasn't permanently paralyzed. He's already walking again. yup that's the now notable Renner Willpower already cranked up to max power level, absolute mind over matter 👏 👏 👏 . even then he was already subconsciously holding onto Life and not allowing anything else to decline or give up despite the disastrous situation he's in. he's already a living icon as Hawkeye but I think he's gonna be the poster boy for what Human Willpower can achieve. My sister and brother-in-law both work in the health care field. They still can't believe this man survived being crushed by this machine. The biggest factors: 1) there was a witness around to immediately call 911; 2) Renner's neighbor is a doctor and could do some treatment before paramedics arrived; 3) Renner is in very good shape, especially for a man his age; and 4) At 52, he's still considered "fairly young" in the medical field. Regardless, there is no logical reason this man should be alive.

My son who is seeing a PT due to a trauma around discussed JR's miraculous healing. The PT said: "he must have 3 PT's a round the clock and alot of good pain medicine. Unfortunately, most of those helpers are not attainable for the masses." Even the PT's are doubtful of this fast recovery.
@brandifaith3410
Жыл бұрын
Exactly. There were definitely a lot of miracles that took place that day, and he has unbelievable strength and willpower to be doing the amount of PT that it would’ve taken for him to heal this quickly and already be walking so well. With that said & without taking away any of the mental strength and determination he had to have to recover this quickly, this is a perfect example of what can be done when you have the money and resources to have top of the line medical care. He would’ve had to have physical therapists, massage therapists, and who knows what other kind of practitioners practically living with him and he had to be doing all of this with them for the majority of each day. Someone working on strength training, someone working on his muscles and scar tissue, who knows what type of technology and devices they used, like ultrasound therapy, heat therapy, cold therapy, tens stimulation, etc. Again, he would’ve also had to have had incredible determination and willpower to keep up with that sort of PT regiment as well. A lot of time when people have had this sort of trauma they don’t want to do PT, or they get depressed, or they have trouble dealing with the pain of it, and all of that can impact recovery times as well. So props to him for how hard he must’ve worked and how unbelievably painful that therapy and recovery would’ve been. But we also shouldn’t overlook the fact that most people would never be able to have access to this type of level of PT and medical care & new technology & therapy devices to recover that quickly. If only we could all have this level of care.

from all the info I've been gathering from this very sad incident, it's looking to be more and more like a FREAK accident. Jeremy was well versed with that snowcat, he's had that for decades (it came with the house he bought there) and has been doing that community service for the residents there for just as long. also theres a video he made just 10 minutes before this incident where he was filming that calm morning having just cleared the public road with that snowcat, he was outside filming and the snowcat was just chugging along as per usual, so Jeremy knows very well how to get in and out of that vehicle. he's done it lots of times it's second nature, just as we do something lots of times and it's second nature to us. but for that particular circumstance it just made a turn for the worst and that's why it's a FREAK accident.
