In this video Nick, Travis, Mark and Michael arrive on the scene to clean the drain lines of a donut shop that has closed after 13 years in business. The drains were not backing up yet but as you can see there was a lot of grease and material that they were able to clear from the pipes.
Many restaurant operators have no idea, nor do they care, what is in their pipes until they clog, back up, create a huge mess and interrupt business. These pipes could have clogged at any moment. Now the new tenants moving in will have nothing to worry about for some time. Everything will be flowing smoothly and the place will be smelling much better than before. It is best to try to get building owners and business owners to agree to a Preventative Maintenance Program that way their drains will stay clean.
