Jetstar Experience We were supposed to visit Australia in August from Japan. We had a Monday flight that was cancelled and had to spend three nights in a hotel waiting for a 'recovery flight' which Jetstar said we could be compensated for. Our Thursday flight was also cancelled and we could no loner keep waiting so had to give up on our trip. Upon giving up we were told Jetstar no longer needed to pay for the expenses incurred waiting as it had been our 'decision' to cancel the trip. That week Jetstar cancelled five flights from Narita to Australia back to back. Ultimately, Jetstar cost us having a holiday at our expense. Don't let it be you too. Boycott Jetstar !!
