Hi there, It’s better if you can buy Low-gluten flour from Chinese brands. If you couldn’t get it, you can try using All-purpose flour, the brand is King Arthur. Thanks for your support!

@@Da-Kitchen Thanks so much for your reply! Can you share what is the protein % in the low gluten flour you used? I think that is the only way I can compare when buying flour. Quite hard to find one that is specific for making steam buns here. 😅
