1个鱼头1 fish head
盐,绍兴酒和胡椒粉腌制10分钟
marinate with salt, wine and pepper for 10 mins
炸前加2-3汤匙玉米粉/木薯粉
2-3 tbsp corn flour/ tapioca starch before frying
1条苦瓜 1 bitter gourd (sliced)
