反轉菠蘿蛋糕(翻轉菠蘿蛋糕) 係起源於美國夏威夷嘅一道甜品
一般做法係先將水果(例如菠蘿片)放入平底鑊,再倒入麵漿,煎好一邊,然後再放入焗爐去焗,焗完將佢反轉上碟,因而得此名。
由於一般家庭嘅平底鑊唔可以放入焗爐,所以我今次做嘅版本係會只用焗爐,同樣係好好味嫁!
*由於美國嘅甜品係超甜,唔太啱我哋口味,所以我呢個食譜已經係減咗糖,比較接近我哋平時食開嘅甜度*
P.S. 如果想再靚啲,可以喺菠蘿芯嗰個窿度加啲對半切開咗嘅罐頭車厘子 =]
材料 Ingredients:
啡糖 60克 - 60g Brown sugar
軟化牛油 40克 - 40g Softened butter
罐頭菠蘿片 5-6片 - 5-6 slices of Canned pineapple slices

軟化/融化牛油 120克 - 120g Softened / Melted butter
砂糖 120克 - 120g Granulated sugar 120g
雞蛋 2隻 - 2 Eggs
中筋/低筋麵粉 260克 - 260g All-purpose / Cake flour
菠蘿汁 120毫升 - 120mL Pineapple juice
泡打粉 1茶匙 - 1 teaspoon of baking powder
鹽 1/2茶匙 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

由於一般家庭的平底鍋不可以放入烤箱,所以我今天做的版本只會用烤箱,同樣很美味!
*由於美國的甜點十分甜,不太合我們口味,所以我這個食譜已經減少了糖量,比較貼近我們平日吃的甜度*
P.S. 如果想再漂亮一點,可以在菠蘿芯那個洞中加一些已切半的罐頭櫻桃 =]

Upside Down Pineapple Cake is a dessert that was originated in Hawaii, USA.
Usually we put the fruit (such as pineapple slices) in a pan, then pour the batter, fry aside, then put it in the oven to bake, turn it upside down and serve it on the plate after baking. So, it is called "upside down".
As our household pans cannot be put into the oven usually, the version I made today will only use the oven, but not the pan. However, it is also delicious!
*Because of the fact that American desserts are usually very sweet and not suitable for us, my recipe has reduced the amount of sugar and is closer to the sweetness of the desserts we usually eat*
P.S. If you want it to be more beautiful, you can add some canned cherries (which are already cut in half) into the hole of the pineapple core =]
