材料 Ingredients:
900g牛腩Beef Brisket
900g白蘿蔔 Turnip
2 or 3片薑Ginger slices
1片肉桂Cinnamon stick
1粒八角 Star anise
2 or 3粒蒜頭Galic
1 Tbs黑胡椒粒Whole black pepper
2.5L水 Water
1 cup紹興酒 Shaohsing Rice Wine
½ or 1片糖Brown sugar
2 tsp鹽Salt
1 Tbs魚露Fish sauce
1. 牛腩先汆水;
2. 將香料袋,肉桂、八角、鹽湯煲內煲滾後加入牛腩以小火煮一小時;
3. 先白蘿蔔洗淨去皮切件,將白蘿蔔放加入湯煲再煮一小時,完成。
