蒜蓉梅菜蒸茄子
材料:
茄子6條(約半斤)
梅菜4兩
蒜蓉1湯匙
處理:
1. 梅菜,逐塊逐塊葉,攤開搣開,清水洗淨,揸乾水分,沖洗幾次,再揸乾水。
2. 茄子,清水洗乾淨。
3. 梅菜,打直切一條條,打橫切碎。
4. 茄子,切去椗,打橫1開3件,每件打直1開2。
5. 茄子,放大碟內,加入梅菜粒、蒜蓉及蠔油半湯匙,撈勻,排好在碟中。
烹調:
1. 大火煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸8分鐘。
3. 蒸好,熄火。
4. 灑上蔥粒。
5. 完成,可享用。
Steam eggplant with garlics sauce and mustards
Ingredients:
Eggplant 6 Nos. (About 0.5 catty)
Mustard 4 taels
Garlics sauce 1 tbsp
Preparation:
1. Mustards, rinse leaves slice by slice. Rinse thoroughly. Squeeze it. Rinse several times. Squeeze again.
2. Eggplant, rinse with tap water.
3. Mustard, slice it vertically. Chop well horizontally.
4. Eggplant, cut the anchor. Cut in 3 pieces horizontally. Cut each piece into 2 shares vertically.
5. Eggplant, put in a plate. Add in mustard, garlics and oyster sauce 0.5 tbsp. Mix well. Put in rows on plate.
Steps:
1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame.
2. Steam the eggplant at high flame for 8 minutes.
3. Steam well. Turn off fire.
4. Put green onion cubes on top.
5. Complete. Serve.
