â Make sweet potatoes. Cut sweet potatoes into 1.5cm pieces and soak in water for 30 minutes. Put water, sugar, and soy sauce in a pot and bring to a boil.
â¡Drain off the water from the sweet potatoes and add them to the boiling pot. Cover the pot with aluminum foil and simmer over low fire for about 20 minutes. When a bamboo skewer can be easily inserted into the sweet potato, it is OK.
â¢Drain off the water from the cooled sweet potatoes and cut the large ones in half.

â£Make the dough. Whip the butter to a smooth consistency, add the sugar and let it air dry until it turns white.
