Wow..Was going to buy one of these steamers, but 25minute heat up time is terrible, and it barely looks like there's any steam coming out of it...Im pretty disappointed. Great video..thanks for showing.

This is the large commercial steamer and it was the first time I turned it on. If your steaming a few things for personal use might want to get the smaller version. I just bought their hand held version going to try that out soon.

OMG I thought mine was broken and came to YT to find out what's going on. My old steamer would go in a minute but of course it spilled out water. Turning it back on to see.

Does it really take that long to heat up? I usually don't plan to start steaming 25 minutes before I actually want to start.

I have the very large commercial steamer not sure if the smaller version takes less time but yes it takes awhile to warm up. I usually will turn it on then do other tasks while it's warming up.

Takes that long because it boil the water, makes it more hot than others models,we use to remove window tint, the others model just heat whater little by litle,by the time comer out is not as hot as this one

You did a good job assembled it, I'm the same way with manual because sometimes it's confusing. How much did you pay for that one?

I thought the wrinkles would come right out almost immediately but it took some time & there are still some wrinkles left Before 6:52 After 8:24 Close to $300 for this one w/metal steam head. Maybe it was the fabric being thicker that caused it to take longer & not come all the way out.

Yeah it was a very thick cotton linen blend dress and trying to steam and record with 1 hand was difficult. Choose the most difficult item in my store inventory to steam. The item sold and was a happy customer so id say the wrinkles did come out. Also was my first time using this steamer out of the box.. so took some practice. Its a great steamer. Everyone I know who is in the clothing selling biz has this steamer and loves it. I have the travel steamer too and that works great if your just wanting to steam one or 2 items at a time 😀

Definitely use distilled water. At the price these do better and last longer. Mine’s over 10 years old if you follow directions.
