Dear Ian... Jimmy Erskine Junior did not want to continue in the footsteps of his father(although he remains a SHAND),but..we have YOU with others, having the ambition for that, such as Bruce Lindsay. Would it be a disgrace,to reconstruct a former famous ensemble? Don't think so,quite in the contrary,...some ensembles deserve a later reconstruction,so,Ian,keep up this excellent work! The same happened with Glenn Miller. Also reconstructed! We're waiting for more live broadcasts in the Shand style!!!! This as a homage to the maestro who sadly left us.The right instruments(button box) plus the right material, and the right interpretation,...what can one wish more??!!! A great success!!!!! Please,...go on!!!!

Again great tempo - could be Jimmy Shand standing there!. The mussette on the sm sounds softer than usual; and all the better for it!.
