Small Baldy baby Tyrone When the meteorologist from Denver seven says Denver seven, it makes me think of the time when I actually got to watch Denver seven for the first time I like one of those KVU you jingles because I would put my words into that jingle which would be small Baldy baby

that one is gonna be a while. I tried last time and couldn’t see what stations all use the service. if you send me a list of current stations still using them, then yes, I can do that one for you.

Hey Tyrone, That was an excellent montoge of stations you recorded on your trip. I know this is super rare, But do you happen to have any jingles or airchecks of cool 98.3WICE? I am not sure where exactly it is where they’re from, but I believe if I was going to take a wild guess,I remember hearing that they were somewhere in Virginia right by the North Carolina state line. The WICE call letters were actually first assigned to a legendary radio station in Providence Rhode Island back in 1942. The reason why they got the call letters WICE was to associate with a local hockey team. They were a long time top 40 station and by the way, they really had great jingles back in the 50s and 60s. They became News talk in 1973.

@@blind_t2 I just looked that up to see if they are still on the air and sadly, they are not. They are now known as US 98.3. I remember hearing a TOH over the weekend during Jon Wolferd’s show which airs every Sunday at 3 PM EST on Rewound radio. The jingle he playd was 1 of the top of the hour cuts from 1 of Jam,s Cool packages wich were originally used on Cool 105 in Denver. I have no idea whair he found it tho.
