Thanks for the video. I have a question related to kanban board on Jira, normally we'd use EPIC to manage the stories, and maybe breaking tasks in each stories, however when I tried this approach on Jira it's kinda messy on the Kanban board (stories & tasks are all listed on the board). What's the best practice that I can follow ? (My scenario is a story need to be completed by front-end development /backend development / testing tasks)

Hey, thanks for the comment. So yeah, it's an excellent question, and it can be, as you are saying little bit messy, especially when you moved from other software. However, in Jira, it's straightforward in my option, but you need to spend extra time and configure your scrum project; also, think about 2-3 scenarios. So I will give you my approach. First, I will ensure that the backlog is enabled so I can see Epic Panel and see how many epics I have. Jira is not showing Epics on the main board, which can be confusing. Next, I always need to spend some time on the Kanban Board optimization to ensure that quick filters and swimlanes are set correctly. Also, I will think if I need a separate board just for issues, bugs, or tasks. I will record a separate video about it this week 😃 Let me know what you think.
