Just an update for anyone thinking of getting these speakers. They rock!! After break in they really perform, it's as if I installed a second 10in subwoofer now. Midbass is incredibly tight and punches and you can feel your it in your lungs even while breathing. Think I will go ahead and try to install another pair in the rear.

I wouldn’t do 50 rms on the c1’s on jl audio’s website they recommend amplifier power 10-75 rms unless you’re not using an amp, I just bought a pair of c1’s and I’m putting 70 watts rms from my rd amp, an amp really makes em’ come alive💪🏼

Yeah I actually turned down the bass the other day. The Midbass is quite a lot with four of these running. I was thinking of adding a single 12 for the lows below 55hz but was thinking if it's worth it as I have a dedicated home theater already that gets vicious lows down to 7HZ. Decisions, decisions. 😆

Yeah I am using the stock amp which gives 50rms. Still fully powers them basically, 70rms would be better dynamic of course but even with the 50rms four of them really rock that midbass.

😆 Yeah I already have changed them out for some continental Double Fighter tires. I also did a whole bike strip down and replaced the cassette, chain, Trushift, and cables.
