A question like "How you doing?" is basically considered a cue to applaud, and the audience doesn't even think about it as an actual question. Which is a little bit weird. Like the question itself.

not the same thing but i once saw hugh jackman telling the same story in different interviews and i think he either changed some snippets of it or he was acting like it was the first time he told the story... i think in both times he said "while coming here this happened to me" or "the day before" or something like that and both interviews were at different dates. Since then i dont believe shit actors say.

Being a great actor is a lot different than being great at other jobs. People aren't in awe of a great accountant or a great carpenter. He probably treats his job like any other which is rare in his profession. That's why he is so much different when he isn't acting (whereas a lot of other actors are always trying to improve their image)
