15.00. That's a British Newt. We used to collect them in woodland ponds under rocks etc as kids in the 70's. They can be almost black in colour too. New sub here and love your tidy work lads being an ex labourer who started out aged 12 for my Ol' man back in the 80's school holidays and when i left school.

There SHOULD be a LARGE air space gap in-between the face of the insulation and the OUTER WALL inside the cavity ; this includes an air space gap in-between the face of the insulation and the cavity-wall-tie drip point-which should be in the centre of the cavity. Ask N.V.Q. BRICKWORK teachers for PROOF of this ! With the cavity-wall being bridged with insulation (insulation touching the outer walls), damp will travel from the outer wall through the bridging insulation to the inner wall !
