It's not bad, but we have no lack of migrant workers that are pipe fitters and electricians that go work in other provinces like ON and BC because there is just not enough work here for them and the pay is much better elsewhere. Even an LPN can make up to 6$ more an hour in BC than NB and get more hours of work and more variety of positions with more flexible hours. Mind you an LPN would be much better off in BC than NB as a renter, but much better off in NB if wanting to buy a house. Now if you are an LPN in BC with a paid off home, you are much better off with more disposable income than that of having a paid off home in NB, as the property taxes and utilities are very expensive in NB.

@@ToCanada_andbeyond Yes. I help many find work elsewhere not to mention locate permanently especially those looking for career advancement. As for seasonal workers, not so much anymore, as they usually have their gigs set up for them way in advance and are repeaters.
@rps1689
2 жыл бұрын
@@ToCanada_andbeyond As for property taxes, if you have a home paid for in NB, you still need a decent income for your house's expenses and to have some good disposable income whereas in BC you don't need much, as your utilities bill would be about half of what it is in NB and property taxes are very low compared to NB. An example, if you had a home assessed at 1.5 million in BC, your utilities and taxes combined would be about 600 a month compared to about 900 for a house in NB assessed at 350K. You could easily keep a house assessed at 1.5 million in the lower mainland of BC with a minimum-wage earning whereas in NB, you'd need much more than a minimum wage.This is why many folk in BC especially retires hold onto their property or sell it and downsize into a luxury condo or nicer house elsewhere in BC, as they know they still will end up paying less on property taxes and utilities than they would on the other side of the country.

Hi thanks for watching! I would say IT jobs here really depends on your experience more than the certs you get! Also salary depends on the type of company you work for. If it’s IT compny then u would get good money ! Avg I have seen here in NB is about $65k-$120k depends on your experience level. And also nowadays more opportunities are open for remote jobs as well.

If your COPR is under PNP program you can live anywhere in NB, does not have to be same city, you can live in Fredericton/Moncton/Saint John, you are also not restricted to live in NB but if you leave NB your status can be in danger and Citizenship application can be in jeopardy because you signed agreement with province that you had genuine interest in living in NB.
