Watching this its obvious she's lying, but she thinks she is fooling us. Every little gesture and expression is calculated by her and in her mind she has no clue that we know she's lying. . There's no getting around what she tried to do with these messages sent in these magazines. This proves she not as smart as she thinks she is.Starting at 11:15 this magazine 'caper' is exposed. After JM accuses her of trying to influence the pedofilia hearing, 11:40 She denies it and then watch her look down to avoid everyone's eyes. It's clear that she's trying her hardest to cover this up and her attorney's are having a fit trying to stop this but they can't. During the discovery process they see all the evidence and these magazines, so why are they acting like they haven't? She puts on this little act of hers and its obvious. By continuing to lie, she pisses off even more people. She will probably continue to lie until death stops her. Nurmi does not want the testimony from these hearings allowed in because his client, Jodi, thought she was smarter than everyone else and could manipulate the courts. She was so pissed, after representing herself the first time she fired Nurmi and Willmott, that she was not allowed to do it ever again when they refused to do something that could be proven to be a lie! Jodi had no qualms about lying to the court in order to get her way.

@@thehootenberry210 Juan's book is great. I listened to it on Audible first and the narrator does a great job inflecting how Juan speaks. Nurmi's first book was really hard to read because when he wrote it, he didn't know what he (and we) all know now and her covert personality disorder. Midway through his second book, she turned the smear campaign on him and he had an eye opener of what she must have put Travis through. And for the first time, her mask was pulled down in his eyes. Juan saw it the entire time. That is why he handled her the way he did in the courtroom.

@@thehootenberry210 order Nurmi’s books next. The first one is a very hard read. Not only is his writing style poor (like a 6th/7th grader wrote it) but he’s got a chip on his shoulder and has bought into Jodi’s manipulations, though he tried to talk like he hasn’t. The second book isn’t as in denial as the first and it’s a little better written. Then the big change takes place and his eyes are opened and Holy Mother of God, Nurmi sees her clearly for the first time.

marie55 Your remark was five years ago about Jodi Arias I urge you to look at the recent appeal accusing Juan Martinez of prosecutorial misconduct again and that Jodi did not get a fair trial. That Juan courted the media when in fact she was more guilty of it even calling in the media and giving an interview 20 minutes after she was found guilty and sentenced to Life behind bars NO chance of parole. Three judges are grappling with the decision of a another trial or overturn the case and set her free when the evidence of a brutal murder was shown in detail by the expert Juan Martinez.

Notice how he never asked her if she wrote it or not cuz she would have denied it JM wanted the jury to see because later he showed her journal JA constantly looking at the jury is way sociopaths try to make eye contact in order for the jury to believe her lies. Is like saying I’m not avoiding eye contact so I’m being honest. That’s why she never answers JM by staring into his eyes. Sociopaths and narcissist study body language and know that avoiding eye contact is a sign of lying. So she studied looking into the eyes of the jury to seem genuine. Furthermore it shows her meticulous attention to detail that is completely terrifying. And fully shows that everything was premeditated.

The bottom line is that Jodi premeditated his murder, and we all know that because she tried very hard to cover her tracks so they couldn't convict her. Perhaps if she didn't plan the above, there might be a slight chance that it could be seen as self-defence, and that she flipped out that day. NO WAY should it be considered self-defence, and all these grubs coming out of the woods now is because they are fanny struck, they feel like they have an intimacy with her. What the grubs are saying now is only heresay with NO PROOF. She was no battered woman, NO WAY, she uses reverse psychology and everthing that she accused Travis of, she is actually talking about herself. She is purposely dragging this out as a diversion away from her crime. If she was truly a battered woman, she would have gone straight to the Police because by tellin...g the truth would have got her some sympathy and pity and her conviction would have been lighter and she would maybe of received manslaughter. She coudnt do that because she was being deceitful by her premeditation, because she had something to hide, because she is guilty as hell. And Travis calling her those names, HE WAS ONLY TELLING HER THE TRUTH, which was meant to be private, he didn't put it up on facebook for all to see. Nothing he did would turn her off him so she would LEAVE HIM ALONE. So what if he called her those names, under the circumstances he didn't do a thing wrong. HE WAS TELLING HER THE TRUTH OF WHAT HE THOUGHT OF HER (Privately). He wanted her to leave him alone forever. He new she was a nutcase..
