It can't help itself. Alyce LaViolette was so screamingly obviously lazy, incompetent, hopelessly biased, under-prepared and over-confident that she was torn to pieces in the eyes of most viewers / listeners by an extremely well-prepared, not to say brilliant prosecution - in spite of her 'strategy' to avoid saying the words 'yes' and 'no' even when those were the most obvious answers. She's a leghorn foghorn who needs to either get with the program or give it up and not be a so called expert wtness. That is another level of work that is not for her. She's used to people she can push around that have been forced to attend groups that the government deems adequate to prove that an effort is made change behaviour for first time offenders or jailed individuals. She'd be so easy to fool and this makes her believe she's always right cause no one gets a chance to debate the mmaterials she pushes on the group. Legal witnessing is a thinkers part. She's past it and probably never had it. Too slow in this capacity. She's well intended but needs to stick to her little groups . Play the victim. If you're uncertain of how to do this, just watch Jodie Arias & myself during her trial -she is my prodigy . If you share children, NEVER LET HIM SEE THEM. When it comes to my parenting curriculum- only give birth to female children. If you got pregnant with a male & it's too late for an abortion - gender can & should be adjusted accordingly. Be sure to be evasive & condescending when talking to any male, especially if i one in a position of authority- dismiss & undermine his authority and or confidence at every turn. It's better to make yourself look like an absolute babbling idiot than to validatre anything anyone with a penis says" VOILA LaToilettes marital, parenting, family curriculum. What constitutes a family ? Mom & mommy Daughters And Or M2F transitioning ( daughters ). You're welcome! Oh and be sure to witness how intelligent & capable I am by hearing me testify for Jodie Arias against Travis Alexander... disregard my blaming the murdered for being killed or accusing him of being violent while entirely denying Jodie engaged in any form of domestic violence - or my statement " her pattern of behavior never indicated she's prone to lying" (despite substantial evidence stating the contrary) ignore my comments like "just because someone lies doesn't make them a liar" disregard it all because if you watch me with an ounce of humanity or intellect or a psychological, emotional, mental, moral or even a legal eye- you'll undoubtedly realize I'm a biased "domestic violence advocate" in support of a sadistic sociopathic murderer (because she's a she & she's "hot") I thought I stood a chance at burying my face in her girl cave if I could prove my love & loyalty to her. The mistake AL made in my opinion, is being argumentative with JM from the start. She should have simply answered the questions the best she could and let the defense team clean up misconceptions later. She was no match for this prosecutor, and it was her downfall. That and the fact the she clearly had sympathy for JA and that sympathy slanted her view of the relationship. She took every claim JA made as gospel and did not allow for the fact that the girl was lying. She never was objective.

Her problem was she needed things worded only a single way to work in her favor. That's both the defense's fault and her fault in how she answered. Like the domestic abuse paper at the start. That was used as evidence on direct with the defense, but as soon as Martinez asked about it, she needed to say, "only as part; a little; not the whole picture" type answers. It was good on direct, but suddenly became kinda minor on cross. She left out a lot of information, used only what she thought helped her case, and extrapolated that into, "Travis abused her and it was self defense!" Now, to what degree the defense played in that? Therein lies part of the problem as to her answers. What she did reminded me of a hockey message board I read. Sometimes to prove a point, certain people will alter, remove, filter, certain information to fit their agenda about how great or bad a player is. "If you remove those four bad years, and those two drug arrests, and delete those two hundred games he was injured...clearly one of the best players in the league!" That bias works works great...until you actually consider those filtered things (cross examination). Then you realize there's a lot of bias going on.

When a prosecutor willfully knows that the person on trial is innocent because a pig staged the scene or another party confessed to the crime but they still will send some innocent person to prison for a crime they had not commit should be a telling sign and we have seen this over and over . It should be illegal for what this woman was doing because all she had done is be paid to say what she was saying and using her credentials to support whatever she was trying to say; which should be perjury under the law to make a false statement to the court but its only perjury when the person involved in the proceeding lies.

That woman? Alyce? is going to discuss empathy on her own counseling channel ????😲 after testifying for this pig on stand? I don't have to take her course to know what it consists of "Women, moms, leave your husband find a wife. Murder him if you can (& rest assured Ill be there to testify to his abuse & your innocence) because Im good ol' Avoidant Alyce! If brutal assassination isn't possible then make your husband or boyfriend your ex, if you can't take his life make it as miserable as possible - a few of my favorite suggestions are: stalk him, harass him, threaten & blackmale him, manipulate him & ALWAYS blame him! Be sure to be evasive & condescending when talking to any male, especially if he's one in a position of authority- dismiss & undermine his authority and or confidence at every turn. It's better to make yourself look like an absolute babbling idiot than to validate anything anyone with a penis says" VOILA LaToilettes marital, parenting, family curriculum. Ignore that I'm a calloussed hypocrite, a soulless carcass stitched together with contradicting double standards pulsating through my veins instituted to serve my feminazi agenda ... kzitem.info/news/bejne/qqVu3G2iq4mHY2U

You can find online the transcripts of their communications. She admitted stealing a diamond ring from his dresser, she stole his diaries, she would be found sleeping in his house, one time behind the Christmas tree. In these transcripts, Jodi has admitted to having done something unforgivable, though that “sin” is not disclosed. Travis says the punishment will be worse than the “sin”. This “sin” was going to ruin him. I believe she told him that she recorded the phone sex and was going to give it to Mimi Hall and others. He in turn, instead of giving in to her manipulation, was done with her. That’s when he called her a three hole wonder. Not only was he done with her, he was going to expose her for what she was. She couldn’t stand him disposing of her and unmasking her. So she planned to seduce him to change his mind and if that didn’t work, she was going to kill him.

What really irked me about this was that not only was Travis Alexander wrongly besmirched, but so were many others. In the meantime, there are rules that prevented the "honour" (cough) of that delicate flower, Ms Arias, from being wilted. She dragged Bobby Juarez through the mud and made the entire world aware of a mental breakdown he had suffered years previously. She accused him of physical abuse and there was zero proof of it. Alyce LaViolette, while proclaiming her advocacy for women, brings up the names and private e-mails of other women. These were taken totally out of context. She talks about somebody's eating disorder and makes innocent and fun flirting sound salacious. None of these people could get up on the stand to defend their character. It's bull. I hope Bobby publishes a tell-all one day and lets it rip.

Sid Finster you have made some extremely good points! Probably one of the most insightful comments I’ve read on these for a long time. I always felt sorry for Bobby. He was put on trial, his honour questioned, and he had absolutely no way to defend himself. I don’t blame him whatsoever for not taking the stand for either side. I often wonder how he felt about this whole thing.......most people, thankfully, see through the BS and don’t judge him, I’ve certainly not seen anyone on here write anything rotten about him. Ahhhh, ALV....the femenazi! Yes, she’s all for women, whilst she trashes their good names on the stand. Typical....hypocritical old feminist! The woman is always the victim, the man, always the abuser! What a horror of a woman. I’ve often written about how many men may have lost their visitation rights on the say so of this woman. Men, who are not abusers, but have no one to fight for them! Thank you for your comment, it was a very good comment! 🌸

The witness circumvented and refused to directly answer any questions by the prosecutor. The witness had no interest in anything but defending Arias and avoiding answering questions truthfully. What astounds me is that LaViolette was upset and truly shocked and despondent because she received hate mail at her office after her testimony. LaViolette was negatively received by the public as a hack and not a professional on domestic abuse in her testimony during direct and cross examination. According to her own testimony, this witness spent countless hours with the sociopathic defendant before the trial and after reading a couple of pages of communication between Arias and Alexander came to the assessment that he was an abusive, violent individual who she believed attacked Arias and was responsible for his own demise. Blaming the victim, She is the worst type.

I wish I had studied law. This trial is fascinating, it's so instructive about the different kinds of objections... and observing what risks Juan is willing to take, when he pulls back and why, etc. etc. So mind blowing to watch.

You should read his book "Conviction"! It's so good and gives a lot of extra details on how he made all of this happen. I ordered my copy on Amazon.

Here in 2020. I am noticing that LaViolette looks at the defense after almost every answer she gives. And her smirking when she thinks she outsmarted Mr. Martinez. So unprofessional and annoying.

I have been watching Juan's cross examinations over the past few days and have been just waiting for the opportunity to use his form of questioning on my son and it finally arrived this morning. I got to ask if he had problems with his memory. I demanded a yes or no answer to my yes or no question. I caused my son's brain to get mixed up. Twas great fun. This is what my life has come to this past year. 😂😂😂

thank you once again David Lohr...Again I wandered off your playlists and realizing there was a 5-min lull in Ms LaV's refusal to give a straight answer, discovered that 'no sidebars' wasn't the case. Your presentations are such a pleasure, non stop non answers from Alyce LaV. In all seriousness, I do appreciate your recordings and do notice when yours are not available for later in the trial. This back and forth is all on the witness who simply cannot rest in her advocate role. If she'd just show a little uncertainty or 'gray area' as she herself proclaims exists in the field of psychology, then the prosecutor would move on to another line of questioning. She lost the credibility she might have salvaged (maybe anyway) had she released the death grip on her jodi-the-victim hypothesis. ugh

It was so blatantly obvious that Laviolette was being intentionally difficult towards the prosecution, there's no way anyone could take her testimony as unbiased.

She’s so Jodi-ish! 🤦♀️ And then people in the comments complain about Juan’s approach! I think he’s handling these “experts” and Hodi beautifully! I listened to his book! 7 years! He worked on this case! Pours over everything! On his own!! He walked the crime scene and saw what this monster did to poor Travis! He’s AMAZING! I come back and watch this trial just to witness his mastery all over again!! I watched his interviews after this case. He was humble. Well spoken! Never bashed or bad mouthed anyone! He wanted justice for Travis and his family! 💙

You know the fact is even if Travis was abusive in any way which I don’t necessarily believe, Jodi premeditated the murder by stealing her grandparents gun, by telling her ex she was planning on going to Mesa, by getting the 3 gas cans.. which alone proves this was not self defense

...and lied to both 'psychologists' (used in the loosest sense), whilst in her 'alternate reality' 😳 If Jodi & her psychologists could answer yes or no...the trial would have been over in 10 days!
