As cool and talented as Quentin is, he watches tons and tons of movies , for it to be in his top 10 for 1 specific year in his entire life of binge watching movies, probably not a big deal. If it was one of his favorite all time movies, then it would be a bigger deal.

Kevin Smith and Quentin Tarantino both loved Michael Parks, and he starred in a few of their movies. Especially Tarantino. Smith had him as more of a main character in the couple he was in of his. Tarantino had him just pop up in almost every one of his movies until he passed, along with his son,who played beside his father in DeathProof and he played OB in Hateful 8.

I think his biggest budgeted movie was Cop Out. And I liked it,a lot of ppl didn't,and it tanked at the box office. And Smith had a very notoriously tough time working with Bruce Willis. And I think he's just gonna stick to his own type of casting, and his own kind of movies and budgeting after that. And he has.
