@haroldnokumar

Winston McKinney. I’m sorry, that sentence seems a bit nonsensical to me, lol. A citizen is a government employee, and owned by said government. That is a fact. Not my words, simply the truth. All I am saying is that people do not comprehend what the words they use every day actually mean. The word person, when broken down in original Latin, is this: Per=No and Son=life-AKA-DEAD. The word individual pertains to a non-living entity, and not a live man or woman. If one admits to being a resident, they enter a contract and acquiesce to being property of the federal United States. It gets worse. In 1933, “The New Deal” was implemented. At that point in time, there was no longer any lawful money, only federal reserve notes. This happened because our country was bankrupt and could not pay back our creditors. Because of this, all of the land and money and gold was seized by our creditors and held in reserve, hence, federal reserve notes. Because federal reserve notes are colorable money, blacks law dictionary definition=counterfeit, when we use federal reserve notes we are only discharging the debt and not paying it. Because we exercise that benefit from the federal United States, we are obligated and compelled to all resolutions, codes, statutes, proclamations, and legal laws of the United States Corporation. There is, however, remedy. Uniform commercial code 1-308 Reserves our rights not to be compelled or obligated to any contracts that we have been entered into that were not entered into knowingly, willingly, and intentionally. I have been down this rabbit hole for almost 2 years. It is very empowering!Did you know that we, live man and women...Have dominion over any government or fictitious entity in the world? Our founding fathers did not create a government that would push us around. It does so, only because we acquiesce with ignorance. Benjamin Franklin made a famous statement, “I’ve given you a republic, if you can keep it”. Well, we did not. How many people know that every police officer must have in their possession, their oath of office, foreign registration statement of 1938, and anti-bribery statement? It’s not our fault, however, it IS our problem. I urge everyone to read some publications. I’d start with, “The UCC Connection”. It won’t make you feel warm and fuzzy but, you will at least over stand what is, and has, been going on and being perpetrated upon us....for years and years. 👍💙

A “Sovereign Citizen” is an oxymoron. You can be “sovereign”, a man or woman living on the land and soil jurisdiction, not operating in international maritime commerce. Or you can be a “Citizen”, a “subject” and all capital lettered name, operating in admiralty maritime jurisdiction. Take your pick. To be sovereign you have to know what you’re doing if you want to challenge the police (policy enforcement agents) who work for a “for profit” corporation. They earn their living putting people in jail, most of them not having the slightest clue they’re doing anything wrong.

These people have spent WAY too much time on Facebook and KZitem listening to the wrong people. Anti-authority is big these days. If you’re not from an abused culture that has an axe to grind, then you have to find some cause to join. That’s where Sovereign citizens, Karens, flat earthers come from. Supreme Court,1877), at 722 (emphasis added): "... The several States of the Union are not, it is true, in every respect independent, many of the right and powers which originally belonged to them being now vested in the government created by the Constitution. But, except as restrained and limited by that instrument, they possess and exercise the authority of independent States, and the principles of public law to which we have referred are applicable to them. One of these principles is, that EVERY STATE POSSESS EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND SOVEREIGNTY OVER PERSONS AND PROPERTY WITHIN ITS TERRITORY...." [B] International Shoe v. State of Washington, 326 U.S. 310 (1945), at 316 (emphasis added): "....Historically, the jurisdiction of courts to render judgment in personam is grounded on their de facto power over the defendant's person. Hence, his presence within the territorial jurisdiction of a court was prerequisite to its rendition of a judgment personally binding him. Pennoyer v. Neff, 95 U. S. 714, 95 U. S. 733. But now that the capias ad respondendum has given way to personal service of summons or other form of notice, DUE PROCESS REQUIRES ONLY THAT, IN ORDER TO SUBJECT A DEFENDANT TO A JUDGMENT in personam, if he be not present within the territory of the forum, HE HAVE CERTAIN MINIMUM CONTACTS with it such that the maintenance of the suit does not offend "traditional notions of fair play and substantial justice." If you owe either a company or a private citizen money & fail to pay that debt which is owed. If you some how continue to avoid paying off that judgment without reasonable cause the court could then have charges be brought against you and you could see jail time due to it. People have watched alphabet agencies spend trillions on wars, and lately the politicalizing of three letter agencies: criminal activites from all these unelected agencies, against peaceful J6’ers, deaths of two women during that event, and a sham witch hunt upon a former president. Then there is trafficking of children, messing with their identities, and w.blowers getting murdered. Do we want to subsidize this? Really? If you study the history of laws from England’s ‘transfer of control’ to the early founding of America’s Congress, and how much the original Amendments have been butchered, things will begin to make sense. Really dont mind paying taxes. It’s not about the money, it’s about control of the working class masses. But with the abuse and fraud within banking, finance, and insurance entities, well lets just say all the conspiratory theories have been proven true, or are about to be exposed. Bankers and finance companies are mostly offshore, as Foreign entities. Read this sentence again please …. Really??? You have to ask the question what has happened to increase homelessness. How about start with income inequality reaching its highest levels since the 1920’s? That would be good place to start. How about inflation steadily rising every year since Nixon took us of the gold standard while wages have remained almost flat. How about 18 years of continuous war. Veterans coming home mentally broken, with little to no mental health care. As mentioned the complete dismantling of mental health care at all. The ridiculous cost of healthcare. Work your whole life and become bankrupt from medical bills, thus losing your house! A Global economy, cheaper labor, busting up unions, privatization of schools, military, prisons, ect. The Koch Brothers! If you don’t know their whole agenda, please take the time to read up on their agenda. Opioid addictions. The pharma companies have bombarded the public with their drug ads, pressuring doctors to push more opioids now overtaking street drug deaths. You have to be rich and out of touch not see the obvious reasons why their are so many homeless. One more factor. Divorce. The laws for divorce are crazy onesided. Talk to them! They are your fellow citizens. I have. Too long of a story to go into here, but in my conversations. It has been: injury/cost of healthcare, divorce, mental illness, loss of income combined with the former in one way or another. If you have never been homeless or are part of the working poor/homeless you can never understand the struggles it takes. It is not easy. So they band together. And honestly you will never find the kind of generosity and kindness around the have’s vs. the have nots. The have nots are not the unkind. Do not lack generosity, compassion, looking out for one another. That behavior is rampant amongst the elite. Not the less fortunate. Joe Rohan sounds like an elite moron asshole who is out of touch and is disgusted by his fellow citizens. I can tell you one way you don’t solve the problem. I never signed or formally agreed to that instrument in any way, nor does that instrument name me as a party - so is there any evidence or facts which prove it applies to me for simply being physically present here? When pressed for this evidence - Dr. Robert Diab, professor of law, said there wasn't any evidence because the applicability of the law is not rational - it's just a baseless assertion; kzitem.info/news/bejne/sZqplmaZemSTiHo Do you agree with Dr. Diab, that the applicability of the law is completely irrational, or do you think pieces of paper with words on them (written instruments) just apply based on magic or something?

First time I disagree with anything Joe says. The sovereign movement does have laws, it's called common law. The system we are operating in now is called LEGALESE which is a bastardised language courts and barristers use and they use a form of dog Latin and English. This legalese cases are determined by the judge who decides on the meaning of the words, so what you may think is a straight forward sentence could mean anything the judge deems it to be. This is why the sovereign movement started, if you bring commerce into law then justice goes out the window. Legalese is a system, it is not justice. Also Joe can you tell me how they had roads hospitals and schools in the early 1900's when there was only 1 to 3% tax ??? Now today your taxed here in Ireland 27% on your wages, you pay water tax, car tax, food tax petrol tax death tax house tax, your taxed on everything but yet we don't see the benefit we should because most of our taxes go to buying bombs to drop on third world countries and funding the CIA's penchant for child fucking. No to extortionate taxes, No to the legal system. Localise government because the further away governance is from your door the more those psychos in politics and banking will take your wallet ! Even if the media makes the concept of sovereignty a joke, it begs the question of self-ownership. If you don't own yourself, who does? The government? If you don't own yourself by definition of the law, why are you forced by legal institutions to own your mistakes? If I want an example to follow on how to be sovereign I would look to the government... When the government makes a mistake it never takes ownership or accountability and if ultimately forced to take responsibility it will just claim immunity and never make amends. Lead by example!
