I agree... He's WAAAAAY better than Yngwie... He never screws up. Yngwie makes mistakes all the time...missing notes, and hitting open strings. Joe is FLAWLESS. He and Michael Angelo Batio both get no credit, but both could potentially be the best players in the world!

Excellent musician and a kind person, i remember in the late 90's (there was no social media), the guitarrist from my youth band e-mailed him (trying his luck i guess) asking if he could give him some tips about a certain lick, scale or exercise, whatever, i dont recall, and a week later he received via ordinary mail, an envelope sent by Joe with some signed pictures, a guitar pick and a bunch of hand written sheet music regarding the exercises the guy asked about, u didnt see that often at that time...

Only one other that does the right-hand barely moving thing... Yngwie Malmsteen! I could watch Joe and Yngwie's right-hand movement (or lack thereof) all day! Great players. And yes, very sad REAL PLAYERS like Joe do not seem to get thew recognition they deserve. Definitely do not see this kind of talent in Alt Rock/Nu Rock/Indie along today's version of Pop. Joe is a fretboard beast... and a real virtuoso. Keep playing, Joe... screw 'em if their thought processes aren't deep and way too surface for many to be able to understand real talent.

Professor Joe, post 3 deedle dees and diminished climb lands on a masterful three chords. They are Ab Major, Ab Major 6, then F Major. Joe get the Greer amps Lightspeed organic overdrive pedal, and set all three dials at high noon to start! I took a little leap of faith and picked one up on Amazon on the recommendation of AJ on a woodshed podcast. He said everything you run through it to your amp, preamp or head would become more glued together. My hopes were not that high, but once I plugged it in the organic tone coupled with a touch of delay was just so incredibly euphoric and stellar I had to laugh uproariously before I could seriously blister out some SMM Prelude! 🔥 Fire 🔥🔥!
