Don Felder's voice is so different from what it is now.

Can’t thank you enough for uploading all of these interviews. Every 6 months or so I scour the internet for Eagles interviews from the 70s, they’re SO hard to find. I’ve sat here for the last hour listening to these, so cool to listen to them talk during their heyday. Can’t believe how young they all sound, Joe especially. I’d only ever heard Felder talk during that era in the incredibly brief interview at the beginning of the Eagles documentary, I didn’t even recognize his voice from how it sounds today.

Great interview. Felder and Walsh are one of the all time great guitar duos. Getting Don Felder and Joe Walsh in the band were the best personnel moves The Eagles ever made.

Until hearing this interview, I'd forgotten that Joe produced Dan Fogelberg's second album, "Souvenirs" back in 1974. That was a great album, other Eagles members played and sang background harmonies. Joe joined the Eagles as an already established musician/singer/songwriter/producer. Love him. And the musicians Don Felder played with before joining the Eagles are a who's who in rock. WOW! The additions of Don & Joe to the band are tremendous. This was an interesting interview, thanks! The second still shot of the Eagles onstage is FANTASTIC. Wish I had it myself, it's that good. Did you put the still photo collage together?

Weird. Most men’s voices change from a clean, higher pitch when they’re young, to a more gravely, lower pitch when they age and oftentimes losing their range. Especially when it comes to dingers. But Felder’s voice has only gotten higher. Listen to him here, then find a current interview. There’s a markedly difference in tone.

Hi ❤, please help with accents....what accent does Joe Walsh have? What about Glenn Frey? I'm Italian, live in Italy, I have been in the USA many times but the accents thing is too difficult for me. Thanks ❤❤❤❤❤
