TheDNA that the investigation found in her pants (underwear) has been run in CODIS and there is no match. The DNA does indicate it belongs to a male of Hispanic origin. They will find out who did this. The Ramseys were unfairly treated and tried in the media. The DNA proves it was an outsider. Lou Smit worked on the case and as an expert detective determined that an outsider committed this murder. He worked on this case until his death. John Ramsey came to pray at Lou’s deathbed. Lou’s children are committed to solving the case and I believe that justice will be done. Lou Smit resigned from the Colorado police department because of their unfair treatment of the Ramsey’s. The department ignored facts proving that an outsider entered the house through the basement window. Further evidence of the intruder is the DNA 🧬 obtained from the body of Jon Bonet.

I definitely don't think it's too natural to answer the question "did you kill your daughter" how he answered it. I would say fuck you while crying at the insinuation. John is pretty emotionless. I really think there's a case of incest and Patsy feels guilty as fuck for not doing anything about it (maybe J threatened her, he was the breadwinner). That to me would explain her detached "I loved that child." I think she loved her but guilt from ignoring a child being abused would change her responses to things.

It's affirmative.And 90% of body language is non-verbal. " We need your help... we believe there are two people who knew what happened the killer and that person they confided in." You mean the two of you right?. For very private, rich people who refused to cooperate with the police putting her picture out with a sum that was close to the ransom wanted (118,000) is well..... What parent forgets how to say their child's name! To me, everything seems kinda fishy.. I completely agree with you! This is a very sad case. When you are a loving mother who only cares about your child, you will GLADLY go to jail or do anything as long as your kid is safe and unharmed. As a devoted mother you don't care about what happens to you, as long as your child can have a happy, healthy life. I'd say that it is possible to tune out what people say when your heart and soul and your thoughts are focused on 'just bring my baby back alive to me' or in their case they should have been still focused on the loss and death of the child, but they quickly shifted to themselves. Anyway, if I was innocent I would not be concerned with who thinks what. You know they gave this interview to CNN, when they still have not spoken to the police? And they will only talk to police in 4 months, on April 30th. And they will only send their clothing of the night of the murder to the police in a year, and one sweater would look like it was just purchased. So...this all explains why they focused so much on what people say about their innocence.
@Beachandpool
7 жыл бұрын
I just read a book by the detective of this case which clearly shows two photos that prove easily that there were NO intruder/s that night in their home. And the recent DNA testing shows 6 minuscule DNA samples of 6 different people. The DA who exonerated them only presented to the public that only 2 DNAs were found of one or two individuals, whereas there were 6. So how could 6 people comes into the home and leave NO evidence other than these teeniest tiniest DNA on her clothing. Anyway....as I said the pictures prove no on came into the house in the first place. And that DNA on her clothing comes from prior to night of the murder. Anyway, sorry for the long responses, but again if you are innocent and struck with such a tragedy, you do not even want to live anymore, forget worrying about your innocence. And there would be evidence of the intruder/s so you would be cleared of the murder easily.

Well, it was most likely the brother that hit her on the head. The brother has some psychological disorder since birth. However the lawyers made sure his medical records are unattainable. The parents had to cover up for him, so they staged the crime scene. The family was NEVER eliminated as suspects. On the contrary they were indicted on guilty charges. But the DA chose not to allow the trial, for whatever reason.... a lot of people covered up for them...maybe got payed off....certainly they had the $$...who knows....

It's undeniable, plain and simple: the parents either committed the murder themselves or knew who did it. Anyone watching this interview would agree that they're guilty on some level. Words and gestures from both parents indicate they're not innocent. John's lack of eye contact, repeated lip-licking, constant use of the word "uh", his slip-up of his daughter's name, his lack of tears, his distance from his wife, his calm tone of voice, his word choices...goes on and on. And as for Patsy, she appears cold and dramatic, doesn't shed a tear, is withdrawn from John, uses odd words (e.g. "that child"), etc. NOBODY would say these parents are 100% innocent.

This is what happened. December 25th the family went to a party at a friends house. They came back at night. From that moment on idk who was sleeping or who wasn’t. I know that the brother was either awake the whole time or was sleeping and woke up. The brother asked his mom to make him a bowl of pineapples and milk which is why both the boy and the moms DNA was found on the bowl. Also in an interview that the brother had a few days after the crime. The women/man showed him a picture of the bowl of pineapple and they asked him what it was. He couldn’t answer. He was stuttering and saying idk. The sister came downstairs and took a pineapple out the bowl. Which is why there was no DNA of her fingerprints on the bowl. But there was undigested pineapple found in her stomach during the autopsy. The brother then got upset because she took his pineapple and hit her in the head with a flashlight. There is evidence that a few years ago the brother got mad at her and hit her with a golf stick and gave her a scar on her face. So right off the bat we know the brother is abusive towards his sister. He must’ve hit her with so much force because unresponsive and unconscious. He either called his mom or his mom was already there. She must’ve started freaking out and called the dad. And they began to make a cover story. The mom then wrote a 3 page ransom note. Which was proven to be written with her pen and paper from her office. Then the father must’ve brought her to the basement and strangled her neck with the rope. And put duck tape on her mouth. I believe it was the family because there were no signs of an intruder. In fact it was snowing outside and the police found no foot prints nor any signs of a break in. There was also a broken window in the basement but and intruder couldn’t have came through there because there was an unbothered spider web and if the intruder came through there it would’ve ripped. Also a piece of glass would’ve broke and fell somewhere. Therefore the family was involved.....

Shouldn't a trained professional be able to figure it out? It's been solved by people that aren't even detectives a million and one times. 7. I'm sorry, but no father messes up their daughters name that easily. Especially, a daughter that has died. 8. I find it odd that they don't really use a nickname. 9. It’s not rocket science to see that he was looking at her with a ’don’t-slip-up-what’re-you-doing’ look. 10. Patsy paused as if thinking ’Sh*t. I nearly just gave all out’. 11. The most emotion Patsy showed was at 8:42 when John said he'd want the most severe punishment for the killer. In my opinion the killer (Patsy) just heard her husband say he wants her to be executed and that is why she finally showed some emotion.

1996 2023 27 year old and at minute 1:25 he predicted the future???? Burke killed his sister it's not hard to understand John finished the job to cover for his son Burk was eating pineapple and the girl grabbed without permission and that upset burk The apparently those attitudes of his sister annoyed him and he hit him with the flashlight on the head and the filthy old lady patsy wrote that note Don't be fooled anymore the cover up the son it's is ready 2023 That's why are sure THAT SIMPLE

I know this case was open for almost 30 yrs but watching this still upsets me. Hes sitting there like a hes thinking of the next lie to tell, she sounds like she's high off something. There is no genuine sorrow from either parent, when your heart is broken you cant hide it! Their body language is cold, even towards each other. No hand holding, no comforting each other what so ever.

I don't know John and Patsy Ramsey but I can't imagine a mother protecting a husband for killing their child and vice versa. But I can see both parents protecting their other child....and that is what I think they're doing. They're protecting Burke. And what a horrible name Burke is. Who the hell names their child Burke? Please tell me it's a family name on either her side or his side and that they didn't say "Oh, what a lovely name. That's what we'll name our son". It's a horrible name but maybe it's fitting.

Same. By my family nonetheless. Both my father and uncle worked for Lockheed. I believe I was put into a similar MK-ultra-style program as Jonbenet. But anyway, yeah, my father has that same dead-inside look. That smugness. That thrill of lying that only a psychopath enjoys.

Look at 8:15 into the clip. Mrs Ramsey actually (subconsciously) points at her husband when she says "that is the killer" and when she sticks up to fingers for both the killer and "the other person that knows" she waves them side to side between her husband and herself.

Jessica Rodriguez: Yup. I believe that in that moment, she imagined her son, husband, or herself, getting what they deserve and THAT thought finally made her feel something. She obviously felt nothing for her daughter or her tragic death.

8:06 - 8:20 Look at her body language here - as she is speaking, she is gesturing to both her husband, thus indicating that they were both indeed culperable in their daughter's murder.

he literally gave him self up, if you pay attention he says "JonBenet was not sexually molested, but they had a close relationship" that in itself says that he was in a relationship and doesnt believe he was molesting her but just being close with her. Yes there is nothing wrong with saying you have a close relationship with your child, but it was the context of the sentence he used it in, why say that RIGHT after mentioning sexual abuse.
