1:10 - John's reaction here just shows you how much of the "interviews" they did were ad libbed and not scripted. John had no idea what John Bird was going to say. They knew the topic they would be covering, and a general outline of questions, but it was up to both men to steer the interview the way each wanted to.

RIP The Two Johns . . . and another, John Clarke. Clarke and Dawe were the Australian Brid and Fortune and are well worth a look if you enjoyed the George Parr interviews. It was them that did "The Front Fell Off".

Hahahahahaha 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 . Oh dear , that made my day , in fact it might have made my hole weak . What a sad loss that they are gone , but they leave behind a large catalogue of work , which will continues to make us laugh . Not only were the sketches brilliantly written , and acted out ,with such deadpan seriousness , but the subjects relevant to all of us . Mainly corruption , greed and incompetence in all levels of government, big business and banking . Thank you gentlemen , you were a light bulb in the darkest of days .
