I have a 2305 DJ, 17hp Yanmar. I was just looking at it to see what's involved in removing the glow plugs. Last week I replaced the fuel pump and needed to cut tools to fit. I was going the have the DJ dealer fix it but they wanted $349. for the fuel pump and another $140 labor. I bought a new pump online $40, and after cutting a wrench it took me 10 minutes. Now that I see the labor involved to R&R the plugs due to the crap they installed over them if I did take it to JD it would cost me $1500. They are crazy, they know just what they're doing to dig deep $$$$$. Never again with JD.

Hobbies Things I understand the dealers are criminals. Some model John Deere are easy to work on some not so much. I wish you the best. Once you get her fixed you’ll love it again.

Doing this on my 330. Any tricks for getting the valve cover off? I removed the two bolts and its still on there pretty solid. Also did you replace a gasket for the valve cover?
