I've never seen anyone deadlift like John Haack. it's like he's already on the way up when he grabs the bar, and the weight doesn't slow him down. There was no effect at all until he got to 843 and even then it was very slight.

Lol love how John made over 700lbs look like a 3 plate warmup rep...as a 90kg lifter. That 904 was real close, probably could have just got past that sticking point with 895-900lbs. It shouldnt even be possible for a 90kg lifter to move 904lbs like that in the first place, its fucking mind boggling.

I've pulled 820 @ 240 back in 2012 and still could pass my Army PT test easily. No PED's or pre-workout. I have an overactive pituitary where my body produces above average hgh. Of course I'll add a trt dose test e.

Word on the street is serious shit went down. Big even got approval from the higher ups to invite Haack to a special business meeting at a remote location outside Hesperia. Then Lee asked Big to give Haack his "one time" cause of all the great advice Haack gave Lee on his deads. In the end cooler heads prevailed. Everyones reeling from the situation and keeping it hush hush. Big still kicks it off with the dead game though.

when you wrap the wraps tight enough it makes it hard to open your hand so that can help with grip

You won't tear the biceps unless you try to curl the bar while under the extreme stretch while pulling.

Contract your triceps before you pull, that prevents the arm from bending and keeps your biceps safe.
