I remember skipping school to listen to the rally. I went to the Poster Palace and listened on the radio WABX.. I knew it would be historic!!!!!!!!!

I can say this without risk of hyperbole, his most under-rated song. Hardly anyone ever mentions this gem off of Sometime in New York City.

You're correct at The Free John Sinclair Rally in 1971 in Ann Arbor, Michigan, I met Sinclair at a Beatle convention and he was a very nice gentleman. Had nothing but praise for John & Yoko.

What the bastards can do ?? Ask Mark Chapman, the laws are there for a reason. John really F''ed up by going against the law which is something for the politics not musicians

I don´t see the connection. This song is about John Sinclair who got 10 years for offering two joints to an undercover officer. What the heck has that to do with Chapman? What law that Lennon was against would´ve stopped Chapman?

@@comedyriff5231 both committed a crime according to the law , imagine if all laws were respected how a better world this would be. But hey just like Many thought selling weed shouldn't be illegal so many like Chapman think killing it's okay.. Got it???

idiot, imagine trying to find a way to justify locking someone up for having joints. You're the type of person who should be smoking pot, an uptight asshole@@carlosvelasquez3279
