It's a beautiful piece of music that I heard was written after JM watched some birds take flight from a lake in the early hours of the morning.Stirs up all sorts of emotions listening to this, stunning.

He went out to a lake near where he was recording the album at about 3 am and recorded the version which made it to the album. You can hear the geese adding harmony, pure rapture

Had a beer with John on Ireland,real down to earth man. Saw him maybe 6/7 times. Was on his guest list in Edinburgh. Thanks for the music Johnny Boy... Miss you big time! Rip means in Glasgow,to cut you.So god bless my friend.
