It's the one I cite every single time, so I'm assuming it's going to be the one you are referring to.

Great stuff man. You're not one of those guys who solely lists off stats, and you're not one of those guys who shares his opinions with no evidence to back it up, or solely tells stories. You're right there where you need to be, engaging enough to keep me listening, while also using enough research and information to back your points up that I actually feel like I've come away learning something from the video. P.S. Your analysis of Johnny totally reminds me of all those times in Flag Football when you would have the showboat kid pretending he couldn't find an open reciever, and scrambling back and forth while everyone is open until he tries to make a break away and get a first down! I absolutely hated those kids.

I have a Tebow Theory. First off, let's give him props. Team was like a disaster over the time he was Drafted to the time he finally Started, and he goes something like 8-4 and 1-1 in the Play Offs. And this was the year BEFORE Denver had a great Defense, statistically they were an Average Defense for Tebow. Kid Won ugly. People want to point to the Pats cutting him. Of course they do. Tim Tebow simply isn't accurate enough to Win with a Precision Offense. What he needs, is ugly. What he needs is a (at that time) Jax, Cleveland, Oakland... and yes, at that time Denver qualified. He needs a scrappy defense that isn't going to just lay down, because it's got to stay close. And he needs a Running Game, and he's going to help out a lot there. If you are a Bad Team, and you can't win with a Traditional Offense... you have 2 Choices. Beat your head against the wall, pray you get a QB in the Draft that allows you to run said 'Traditional Offense'. Or... get a Tebow and say to hell with Traditional. Break out Wild Cats. Break out EVERYTHING. And have a gritty, gutty QB that can Run, that can Lead, and that can sling it deep to a prayer when things break down. Tebow checks all three boxes. As soon as Denver decided to up the ante on Traditional, some one like Jax or Cleveland should have said "We suck doing it this way... let's try something DIFFERENT" and signed the man. He's an NFL WINNER, with a good PTD:INT Ratio and a great TD:TO Ratio. He scores points and doesn't give the ball to the bad guys. But he can't operate an Offense that requires 60% Completion (or even 55%), because he just isn't accurate enough... and that's EVERY NFL OFFENSE now. So you have to buck that system for Tebow to really work long-term. Some one should have tried. Instead they kept saying "We suck at this Traditional Offense thing, and you aren't very accurate... so how about we force you to execute an offense where you need to be very accurate and where we've failed with every QB we've had at making it work! Great plan!"

die hard browns fan and I was so pissed when we drafted manziel AKA Jonny Fuckboi. I hated him in college for his personality but I also thought he wasn't good. everything said in this video is what I have been saying for years. his entire "game" was running around in circles and then just chucking the ball downfield for mike evens to go up and grab. anyone who thought that was going to continue to work in the NFL should never analyze a football player ever again. I was even more pissed when the browns (for once in forever) were actually doing good in the 2014 season, Brian Hoyer was playing pretty damn good (especially compared to the trash we were used to seeing at QB) and had us with a 7-4 WINNING record!!! he beat the steelers 31-10. hoyer had two bad games in a row (he was essentially a rookie as a starting QB | also I thoroughly believe some of the reason he was having struggles was because he knew management was leaning on the coaching staff to put their new investment in the game and the dumb ass fans were clamoring to see their boy johnny get in the game) so they fucking benched him for manziel and we proceeded to not win a game the rest of the season finishing 7-9. fuck johhny fuckboi manziel.

Sometimes as Browns fans we're our own worst enemy. Reminds me of the Derek Anderson/Brady Quinn controversy. Fans just couldn't leave well enough alone (10-6 record in '07) and demanded changes be made at the first sign of struggle in '08 after drafting Brady. And so we got a QB benched in favor of a bust draft pick whose career was worse than the guy he replaced*. Hoyer should've kept the starting job. His record that year alone was better than what Manziel's entire career ended up being. * I'm not hating on Brady Quinn, just the fans and management that have their heads up their ass.

Jimmy Haslam, the owner of the Browns, is responsible for a lot of this. For those who never heard the story, apparently Haslam was walking through downtown Cleveland and a homeless person looked up at him, recognized him, and said, "draft Manziel." Haslam decided that the homeless guy obviously knew more about football than the scouts and coaches he was paying, and insisted on drafting him over the objections of everybody involved. The NFL coaches had all studied the film, and they all saw the bad habits, and they weren't interested in taking on a major reconstruction project. But Haslam took the encounter as some sort of sign, and insisted they draft Manziel.

As an LSU fan, I knew Johnny “Oh and Two against LSU” Football was overhyped. LSU contained him and made him throw. Noticed how few highlights are against LSU, and how many lowlights featured LSU. Unfortunately for Johnny, A&M used his talent, but didn’t teach him or control his arrogance. To my shame, I enjoyed his arrogant failure, but now I do feel sorrow after reality hit him. A&M used and abused the kid, they owe him an apology more than mine. But Johnny I’m sorry it turned out like it did. I wish you a long and happy future.

Mike Parrett Amen man, I had family friends who are A&M alums and some even there while he was playing there. I wasn’t an LSU student while he played, but always been a die hard tiger fan, so watching LSU shut his ass down both times was gratifying as hell, and watching that “Johnny Football” shit take over the cfb nation just made me resent the guy because of him buying into it. I disliked him winning that heisman, and found him being drafted by the browns to cosmic justice. However as I’ve grown and matured I regret my pettiness and wish him the very best with the rest of his life.

Alsksmsms what who’s to say he was gonna be an NFL QB anyway. He was not extremely fast didn’t have a big or accurate arm was short and thin for a QB. If he didn’t have those highlights chances are he wouldn’t have even been taken in the first three rounds. His play style was to his benefit but also his downfall to blame the coaches as if he was a highly touted QB prospect like a Peyton and they ruined his career is a stretch.

Outstanding analysis....as an old H.S. QB myself I was shocked that J.F. was so highly rated going into the NFL draft. At the time I said if I was an NFL G.M. I wouldn't touch him with a ten foot pole. Regarding his running ability, I did read an NFL scouting report that said his hamstrings were elite athlete level...so he definitely had some elite athleticism which in itself ain't going to be enough in the Sunday league to play QB at a consistent high level.
