I hurt my SI joint, and yesterday, I took some digestive enzymes. In addition to the enzymes, I ate an entire pineapple and then cooked the pineapple's skin into a tea. This was the only thing I did differently. My back has hurt for 4 weeks, and I have been mostly bedridden. This morning I work up almost pain-free. I am going to continue with all these enzymes because I can't believe I am pain-free.

This is the best, most clear video I've found. I'm having high protein levels and probably osteoarthritis. I want to get these enzyme supplements as soon as possible. I'm already taking enzymes for liver function.

Im wondering if taking the enzymes with a smoothie messes it up? I just got Wobenzyme but Ive been drinking it with smoothies? Any thoughts on this?
