Literally kills me to watch this, loved Matt so much,he was my best friend from 1990 to 1999! They do not make funny awesome guys like him anymore. My son called him"aunt malitta" and went with me to his memorial, just want anyone reading this to know, this guy wasn't just an awesome guitarist!! He was an even better friend, funny guy, awesome person! One of the greatest people I've ever met, just an awesome great funny guy who really cared for the people that were lucky enough to really know him and be considered by him,a "real" friend! It's been 11 years and i still have a hard time dealing with him being gone!!! Rip one of the greatest men I've ever met,i love you Matt, and miss you every day!!!

He's cool a little on the timid side or at least that night he was. Met Chris on the Hall of the Mountain King tour open up for Ronnie James DIO. Does anyone remember his high top Pony sneakers that came all the way up to his knees?

Not to sound rude but its a shame he spent so much time with this band instead of Savatage. Most of the live show is savatage music anyway . I like the music he did with JOP but its lost years of no Savatage. At this point I'm afraid we will never see Savatage again. or JOP!

@@lonniemartin6152 Body shaming... yeah, he gained a lot of weight, but it is not the reason to offend him. Judging just by appearance is the worst thing you can do to a person. He's got a golden voice and his overweight is not because of eating too much, just illness.
