Jonah’s “mistreatment” was not real. He was a top dog in the store and everyone clearly liked and respected him, they just liked to make light fun of him. Sandra was just bullied, until she found her own flow.

His good looks were actually mentionned a few times on the show, especially by Glenn and Dina lol
@cainyourkids
Жыл бұрын
They 'bully' him because his first day at work, he came off as this white privileged, 'cultured' pretty boy whose eagerness to fit in came off as condescending (he literally tells Amy, who he didn't know was a co-employee, that 'he doesn't look like the type to work in a place like this'). It's realistic, because yeah while he's cute, he does give off upper-middle class vibes while working a minimum wage job - so while everyone else is desperate to keep their jobs to put food on the table (and have become cynical because, let's be real, working customer service for so long can make you so cynical), preppy Jonah is over here just 'deigning' to work. Jonah's a good guy, and he means well, but as someone who used to work minimum wage, co-workers like him tend to rub the wrong shoulders, and no amount of cuteness will outweigh the annoyance they bring.

He might even appreciate it, as many KZitem creators who want to improve, do. "@@beth.reid24 I enjoyed the extra editing. If you don't then don't watch" I need a clarification here, Beth. Who exactly appointed you to order me if I watch or don't watch? comment or not? It's super fricking wonderful that you liked the editing. Hallelugh. I didn't. And I can, yes, not watch, but I can also and on top of it, express my opinion. My subjective and personal opinion. This is what we do here on KZitem. People provide content, and other people react to it. And reacting, can sometimes mean criticizing, or expressing a negative opinion.
