A point of clarification. He was found guilty of picking her up and you can see she hit her head on the top of the car. That is a harm/injury. He did it on accident it appears so there isn't intent but it could be called reckless. When you ask what he should have done, he already had the phone when he got out the car. He should have ran right away instead of trying to put her back in the car. Now I think he was putting her back in the car because she wasn't sober and he wanted her to get home but in that action he caused her to hit her head. So... next time just leave the woman in the middle of the street.

I think there’s a difference between just being a “celebrity” and being an artist who is also a “celebrity”. In defense of majors art particularly film has the ability to have huge impacts on the world. Film can tell the stories of people that history has forgotten, it can force us to have conversations as a culture that needed to be had. Being an actor and being a part of films that cause conversation is powerful. He wasn’t just Kang and In Creed. He was slated to be in a bunch of upcoming projects that were going to be impactful.

Gotta say I disagree Charla, movies and music definitely glorify the mafia and gangster life and all that shit EVEN when they show the sad endings, somehow it makes it look even more enticing. I wanna go out from an overdose and die a legend or a in fire-fight as one of the most vicious gangsters ever known. It is glorifying it, but that's honesty and it's interesting that even when there's an unhappy ending, we still want that life for some reason.
