I've been following this steam engine since the beginning and it is so great to see it come alive again. When it was in that swamp it looked like it would never run again, but Jonathon made it come alive. Awesome video, I have been waiting to see this happen.

I came for the cars, I stayed for the steam! I have been around steam since my teens, the smell of steam oil will always do it for me :) I am so impressed with your "can do" attitude about all of your projects. In the UK stationary/static steam engines just are not around in the numbers that seem to be around in the US, your collection has got very big very quickly, I always look forward to the next chapter.

In its working life was the big wheel acting as a flywheel as well as a drive for a belt ?? A lot of engines steam or ICE have a flywheel and a belt pulley
