I do love the 36 lows. The lateral movement however is sketchy at best but if you have decent footwork, they are tremendous
@DrElsbecker71828

Yeah they are nice but for me there was a lot of heel slippage and it was making it hard to do crossovers
@zygardiousyt9981
Жыл бұрын
@@DrElsbecker71828 i have the same problem too after breakin em in and i didnt go TTS and went up .5 because im wide footed. Prob the reason why you're getting heel slippage is because the shoe is a lil long and narrow so that if u go up .5 or a whole size and not TTS its gonna give u heel slippage
@srikarvajjhula6021
Жыл бұрын
yeah, the lateral movement was a bit sketch for me too. I rolled my ankle in them when doing some defensive slides because it lacked a bit of stability and the uppers were a bit thin. But other than that this shoe really did feel nice, especially with the cushion.

Hi Dr. Z, I totally trust your recommendations. I will go out today and buy whatever shoe(s) you think would be best. I have high arches, narrow to regular width feet. I’m 27, 6’3 200lbs athletic but with some minor disc herniation in the lumbar spine. I like court feel and want to play indoor and outdoor. I like light and nimble shoes but maybe I should prioritize cushion for my back. What do you think? I bought my tennis shoes because of your channel and I’m excited to get back into basketball now!

I want to hear others opinion on this also. So, I have the AJ 36 low for 10 days and I’ve been practicing in them since, for 3/ 4 hours daily. My opinion is that the cushion is just too much. And because of that, I feel like my foot is sinking in the midsole everytime I’m trying to make a more impactful move. So the energy return is not so good, also, I feel more fatigue after finishing the practice compared to when I wear a shoe with less cushion. So is there anyone out there that can relate to this?

As an older (49yr old) guard coming off an Achilles rupture in 2020 which would you recommend between the 36 low and KD 15? I used to always use Kobe's or other low tops but currently Hyperdunk low 2013's as I sold off all my other shoes. Both my knee's have been done as well so something with good cushioning, and can move quickly in.

I just bought the AJ 36 Taco Jays the moment they came out 6/21 10 A.M. They arrived the next day literally; I put them on right away and they blew my mind! I have had several ankle sprains and broke my cuboid bone on my right foot completely in half. I recommend the AJ 36 Mid. They have superior containment more cushioning; and they are super breathable I wore them yesterday; It felt like I was walking on clouds; I could feel my feet being propelled forward by the double stacked forefoot zoom; so they help make walking easier; less strain on your feet; and your leg muscles; I absolutely agree with his review! BTW...I'm 43
