First off, he has to learn how to play the position of offensive lineman, because that's where they've put him. But in the long run, if he stays as an O-lineman, that would be a complete waste of his talents and rugby experience. He could be ideal as either a defensive end (like J.J. Watt) or a tight end (like Gronk).

I don't like any lineman at + 6'5". He runs the ball with such ferocity and speed. I can't imagine him doing a good job at the o-line position. Mannnnnn he is like a block of clay, just mold!!!!!!!

I thought the same exact thing as d-lineman.but i think he hasnt played long enough to become a good tight end.its not just about catching the ball, but running, routes, assignments blocking which as a lineman would be easier, but look at moritz boehringer who last year was the first ever forginer drafted who never played organized football in the us.he struggled and he played wide rec and tight end in germany.but the nfl wa as a whole different experience where 1/100000 of a second can mean the diff between making a catch and having it hit your chest or get picked.moritz had all the tools jordan had but just struggled vs guys who knew what they were doing.i know jordan will make it,i just think people need to back off the hall of fame predictions untill we see him have more than 1 season vs #1s and not the 3s+4s he saw in camp and preseason most of whom are looking for work as they try to figure out qhat comes after football.jordan has all the tools, its just applying them all together and when it matters is his next hurdel.size is great, but look at drew breez, people said he was too short to be a nfl qb even a college qb,now he will go down as one of the greatest ever.darren sproles is hard to see cuz hes so small.and then we have to worry about injury potential with a guy as massive as jordan .because in the nfl you get guys getting pushed in to guys knees in the scrum or pile.a d weve seen massive guys beforeand there is such a thing as too big.im not saying hes it,im jusg sayin we should let him grow a bit and learn before we crown him.its unfair to him to put those kind of expectations on his back in a game hes never played before.jordan the whole country is pullin for u bro as is the football world in the uk,germany all of the E.U that loves u.s football and of course your own home ,Australi.best of luck bro. And after your rookie contract is up come and play for my bolts aka charger's we have the longest history of signing undrafted free agents who turn out to be h.o.f or pro bowlers,we have had an aussie on our team and he still lives here part time.we have the beach and sunshine.you can live in the real home of the chargers SAN DIEGO,CA and commute with philip rivers to work .im sure he wont mind if u one of his guardians on the line

Bully 1973 Did well? I think it was great he got a start but he didn’t have a good game. Couldn’t protect Wentz which led to him being pressured & caused the first Eagles turnover in the 1st quarter. Looked lost on some run plays (clearly doesn’t know how to pull/kickout block). Still not enough punch on run plays. The Eagles also rolled out Wentz a lot to the right & rarely ran plays to the left - when they did most plays went for a loss of yards - they obviously saw the left side as a liability. Mailata got beaten by speed rushers like DB blitzes & didn’t pick up a blitz in the 4th quarter that got to Wentz. Also got absolutely exposed on a blitz in the last 2 minutes that got to Wentz. Positives - on Wentz’s TD run Mailata did his job - it wasn’t spectacular, but effective - on the play the 49ers D did not play the gap properly. You do know the Eagles O-line is severely depleted right? When JP is back from IR I would expect Mailata to be benched
