Keep doing original movies Jordan. Dont stop. In an era of live-action remakes, reboots, and sequels of old franchises, creativity is much needed in American film where it is still lacking in many ways.

How did he go from a low level cast member on MadTv to Thee landscape changing Horror Director of our time!?! Somewhere in that answer is 'Key and Peele'. The Direction of those sketches, as Peele has said himself, is what made that show so good. Obviously hilarious and brilliantly written, but the direction elevated that writing to new heights. As a side note: Super Disappointing to hear Chappelle trash the show for "doing his format"...introducing pretapped sketches live on stage. He walked away from his show, brilliant and game-changing in of itself. I understand his feeling, its just unfortunate.

I love how Jordan says there was no representation of black families in horror films in general. Now what he didn't say is what I got. Unlike other films he didn't take a series or films that were already out and changed it, he made his own. That's what I like to see in different communities, make your own, don't change theirs. Don't ask whites for shit or get offended at what whites are doing. Make your own and dominate the scene. Remember whites generally want to be like us in many ways and sometimes we want to be like them but it's time to stop copying and instead designing and creating your own. We don't have to be behind anyone

He needs to write and produce his own stuff, keep innovating, and ignore the big commercial stuff for now. He will legitimize himself further and could end up being kind of like a Quentin Tarantino type director. Everyone will anticipate his next film with a cult following.

It's weird that Jordan Peele has one of the same weird fears as me. Mirrors, especially mirrors and reflective surfaces in the dark, freak me out too, and at the same time I always had the urge to make a scary face or a maniac smile into the mirror to freak myself out and get that quick adrenaline rush.

Honestly, Jordan Peele making a franchise out of an x men character with marvel would be pretty awesome with how creative he is.

So proud of his MJ comments. I am sick of the cancel culture. It's utterly ridiculous.

I am black and white and was raised in the Bay Area - I feel like I understand Jordan Peeles point of view in everything he does. The black and white aspect he puts on everything is why EVERYONE loves his work- if you can get to the blacks and whites in this country, everyone can understand because the biggest and oldest unrighted beef is with whites and blacks. The truth just is.

Approval of Jay-Z? Really? Jay-Z should be looking for this guy's approval. He is one of the reasons why music is shit today.

I just watched the movie for the 2nd time and I also found more secrets. When addalade says “I can feel her coming”, she can actually feel her coming because she IS the tethered, and the tethered knows where there doppleganger is, but their doppleganger doesn’t know where they are. It explains everything

Believe it or not, I heard a lot of people did not like the film. I LOVED IT. I graduated from film school and one thing that my professors told us is that there are two kinds of cinema goers. The group that goes for entertainment and the group that go, because they LOVE to think. The great thing now is that we have something called “edutainment”, education is for everyone I believe.
