I don’t really feel bad for Jordan honestly, he wasn’t even invited to the party in the first place he was only there because Sara texted Jonathan and Jonathan told Jordan about it. At the party he harasses Junior for just talking to Sara and tries to get him to slip up or something. He chose to go to a party and drink rather than spend time with his Dad. They barely get any time to spend with their dad because he’s Superman, he has plenty of times to hang out with Sara and he rarely gets time to spend time with his Dad, I don’t blame Jonathan because with his job he rarely gets any time to spend with Candace anymore

Because Clark is a very hypocritical parent. Kind of like how he used to outright disobey Martha and go racing off to bust criminals and just generally using his powers, which she disapproved of. He also drinks wine regularly, confident that it won't be a problem if he has to fly off and play Superman, because he can't get intoxicated. The hypocrisy comes from Clark being a stickler for law - but only where the boys are concerned. Clark and Lois routinely ignore the law when it doesn't suit them. Case-in-point: Clark letting his brother Tal-Rho go free because he and Lois decided that he was reformed. They didn't even bother to question the DoD or discuss the government view given the amount of lost lives and property damage that Tal caused. All that could be forgiven because he helped *Clark!* And Clark often acts above law and government.
