I'm glad you talked about making better choices by traveling solo... so many crazy things have happened to women who travel to foreign countries by themselves. And I've learned in all my travels to never criticize another culture whether it be food, drink culture etc.

This vlog was very entertaining! Aah and when you asked for a napkin it took me back to what Trevor Noah, South African comedian, said about napkins. The server must have been so confused, wondering why this lady is asking for 'daipers' at fast food place.

the best way to experience south africa especially johannesburg is to not do the touristy shit, find a south african who can take u to the non tourist places. But anyway its cool that you came. At least now u know first hand that we dont have lions as pets, lol.

Nonhlanhla lindiwe Ntoyi eh...for someone flying 20 hours to get to South Africa, I would definitely suggest they check all the tourist/museum/apartheid things. Plus finding a South African to take you around isn't that easy as there's a very big economic difference from what I can afford to do as American and what South Africans are up for. I had quite a few locals flake on me and the only one who came through to take me to more local areas was a White German.

Go:) love the vids
