here is the jowar laddu very easy to make and tastes excellent
for this:
jowar flour 1 cup
jaggery 1 cup
cashew powder 1/4 cup
cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
cashews 8-10
first dry roast jowar flour on a medium flame until you get nice color or aroma and keep aside
now in the same pan add ghee fry 8-10 cashews for garnishing and keep aside
now in the same pan add jaggery then add 1/2 cup water and when it comes to a boiling point add jowar flour, cashewpowder, and cardamom powder and mix well till it forms like dough and transfer to a plate and let it cool once its nice and warm make laddus and garnish with fried cashews and serve you can store this for a week
