there was a girl I met online that i talked to for three month's straight everyday and night. she woke me up and wished me goodnight by Skype everyday. third month I drove to meet this lady and found out she had a boyfriend the whole time and stopped talking to me the same day after a full week of chillin at her house. this whole album reminds me of her and those three months. thank you jm I feel better now.

An entertainer I follow recently said "whatever your doing in those hard times is what's saving you, it's meaningless I've gotten hundreds of those messages" And it's true, I've found some relief in hectic or mundane things. But this type of music Is explicitly emotional, I do think it hits a bit harder. Anyway, just thinking out loud. Glad your doing better mate!

CoOlBeatBrEaker I'm only being honest, people who say "this generation has bad music" or "the good music is long gone" are usually listening to nothing of substance that happens to make contact with them. If you take a an hour to search up music on your own you'd know that music is better than ever and easier to find now too, if you care at all.
@deyani09999

Wonder Bread I wasn't saying that bands or artists these days have bad music, what I meant was that this band sounds like many rock bands sounded back in the early 2000's, and I really enjoyed listening to songs like that, that now a days only few bands have. Oh and by the way, I listen to many different kind of bands and artist, old and new music and I know that just because we live in different times it doesn't mean that all the music these days sucks. And also, everyone has different opinions.

I'm gonna be a critic for just a moment an say this is far better than their second album in every aspect. I dunno about their first though, they've yet to produce an equal to Constant Headache, not to me anyway, and the closer on this one, Heated Swimming Pool, is particularly weak. Nevertheless, this is their most mature effort yet and I appreciate how they've evolved. Love these guys

I feel like a lot of people shit on that second album. I loved their second one, although, I will admit, at first, I was a bit surprised. "See How Tame I Can Be?" still might be my favorite song of theirs, lyrically and musically. I felt songs like that were a huge leap for them from the self-titled and other releases before that. I love this new one,too, but I have no qualms against the second. You're in good company, though. I know Joyce Manor has been vocal about how much they dislike it.
