About solitude, I'm gonna share my experience: At the age of 20, I had what you could call an "existential crisis". I felt like my surroundings had trapped me in a shell, in a role that wasn't me. So I decided that I would test myself, and either survive and learn or not I went deep in the north of Canada in autumn and remained by myself in the middle of nowhere with the bare minimum : a Firestone, some military rope and knives. Managed to stay there, hunt and feed for 29 days (I had experience in the wild and hunting because of my childhood) I discovered my true self that way. I came back a very different person, my own sister didn't know what I did yet she said "You've changed. You're different" just by looking at me. After that, I decided to live that way and I did for two years before coming back. I honestly can't live in cities and surrounded by the disconnected masses of those anymore. I can admit, like Joe did, that "something is wrong" with me. I've experienced things that trigger PSTD, I have a lot of violence inside and more. But I do enjoy solitude, real solitude, and I think every adult should experience something like this nowadays.
