So true, plus Elvis stole songs from African American artists and he couldn’t hit those amazing notes that Juan Gabriel was able to do. Along with the passion and raw truth that JuanGa poured into his songs. I don’t know know how anyone can ever compare Juan Gabriel to any other artist regardless of nationality. He was out of this world, period. No need to align him to Elvis to make other cultures understand his talent. They just have to listen to his music-it speaks for itself 😸

“Until I met you” - I knew nothing of sorrows, nor of tears and nothing really that made me cry - I knew of loving touch, of tenderness because since I was little that is what mama taught me... that is what mamma taught me... that and a whole lot much more - I never suffered. I never cried. I was very happy. I lived very well. - I lived so differently, something beautiful, something divine and full of happiness. - I knew of joy, of the beauty of life but not of loneliness...not of loneliness... that and a lot more (Full voice) I never suffered, I never cried. I was very happy, I lived... I lived...very well... Until I (touches mic) until I met you I saw life with pain Not lying I was happy though with very little love And too late I realized that I should have never loved you Because now I think more of you, much more than yesterday, but a whole lot more. (2x) I never suffered (Pause) (Screamed) But unfortunately it was a night (snap) like this one, when I found you. - Orchestra starts playing - Now I want you to tell me if it was worthy, having met you. Because I don’t want to see you ever again. Because you were very mean, yes very mean to me. That is why I don’t want to see you ever again. (4x) I don’t want you. Get ready for a flood of views. Juan Gabriel is loved throughout Latin America. Not only a heart singer and gifted songwriter, but an amazing performer as you have witnessed. Despite he was extremely flamboyant, he was beloved by Mexico and many other Machista countries. He has sadly passed away recently, but he is still remembered and adored as if still alive. You'll be flooded by requests of more of his songs as well as many other Mexican artists. The recently passed away José José with "El Triste" at the 1971 song competition shows his amazing voice and interpretation that had yet to be surpassed. Voice and performance wise, Luis Miguel is beyond amazing and otherworldly currently still. Any song of his will bewitch you.

This song is sooooo sad because while the song says “I didn’t know about sadness or tears or nothing that would make me cry, I knew about caresses about tenderness because since I was young that’s what my mom taught me....I never suffered I never cried” and IN REALITY he suffered ALOT and he yearned for his moms love but she was very standoffish with him and even abandoned him in an orphanage at 3 years old. Also he was falsely accused of theft and was in jail for over a year. Makes the emotions he puts into the song have a whole other level of energy

Hello, I want to tell you that I really liked your reaction to Juan Gabriel. Of all the ones I have seen on the Internet, yours is the best, you do not interrupt the video every time wanting to analyze each word as if they were experts. Your reaction is authentic, because Juan Gabriel was a guy who did massive concerts and turned them from something ordinary into something extraordinary. The truth is that he is not considered the Mexican Elvis, he already existed and died 58 or 59 years ago. His name was Pedro Infante, he is the eternal idol of Mexican music. Juan Gabriel does not have in itself a formal comparison, he was a singer and songwriter, his more than a thousand songs in the voices of hundreds of interpreters demonstrated this to this day. I leave you my like because you are really very good. regards

I had the opportunity to see Juanga live once. It was hands down, the most entertaining concert I've ever attended. I guess it doesn't hurt that I was also stage right for the whole concert..

Juan Gabriel is very unique. He composed thousands of songs for himself and many other artists. He was a great singer and performer. What separates him IMO is his great humatarian efforts. He had several orphanages, performing art Schools for under priviledged students. His life and story is crazy. His music, songs, and performances do not scratch the surface of who he was as a human being.

Thanks for your awesome reaction 👏🏻👏🏻 the rough translation is: Title Until I met You I didn't know what sadness means, I didn't know what tears mean, These tears that make me cry,I didn't know I knew only about affection, tenderness, Because ever since I was little, That's what my mother taught me, That's what my mother taught me This and much more I never suffered I never cried I was so happy My life was great oh My life was so different, something beautiful, divine Full of happiness I knew only about joy, about the beauty of life, I didn't know about loneliness, no About loneliness and so many other things too I never suffered, I never cried, I was so happy....My life was great Chorus(x2) Until I...met you, I started to see life with pain I'm not lying you, I was happy, Even though with so little love, And I realized too late, That I shouldn't have loved, Because now I think only of you, More than yesterday, much more I never suffered, I never cried, I was so happy... Until I met you Now I want you to tell me Whether it was worth or not the trouble Of meeting you Because I don't believe you anymore And you were so bad Yes, you were so bad with me That's why I never want I never want to see you Leave, leave, go... go away, I don't want you I never want to see you Leave
